This privacy policy explains what Winzter Review UK does with your data when you read our review of Winzter. In short: we collect very little, and we never ask you to open an account or pay anything here.
Controller
The data controller for this privacy policy is the editorial team of Winzter Review UK (winztercasinos-uk.org). You can reach us about anything on this page at editors@winztercasinos-uk.org.
Data we handle
We handle three small things: your cookie choices, anonymous statistics about how pages are used, and any message you send the editors – for example a correction to a figure in the review. There are no player accounts and no payments on this site, so we never hold your card details, deposits or winnings.
Why we use it
We use this data to run the site, to improve the review by seeing which pages help readers, and to answer the messages you send us. That's the whole list – we don't build advertising profiles or sell data.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent for non-essential cookies, and on our legitimate interests in running and improving a useful site for the rest. We handle everything in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working; anything beyond that is set only with your consent. You can change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time through your browser or our cookie settings, and the site still works if you say no.
When you leave our site
When you click a button to Winzter, your data is then processed by Winzter – run by Rabocse S.R.L., a company based in Costa Rica – under its own privacy policy. The same applies to the review sites we cite (OLBG, CasinoBee and Znaki): once you follow a link, you're on their site under their rules, not ours.
How long we keep it
We keep messages only while we're handling them and for a short, reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. Anonymous statistics are kept in aggregate and can't be traced back to you.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability for any personal data we hold about you. Email editors@winztercasinos-uk.org and we'll respond within the time the law allows.
Complaints to the ICO
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator.
Changes
We update this privacy policy when our site or the way we handle data changes. The version date below shows when it was last reviewed.
